Jake Manley

PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS

Jacob Manley, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS, is a licensed physical therapist and strength coach in Winchester, VA. A recent graduate of Shenandoah University's PT school, Manley is finishing his Masters degree in Athletic Training and Performing Arts Medicine Certificate with internships with the Washington Redskins and Shenandoah's Conservatory respectively. Having worked with college and professional football players from across the country, he tries to blend the fields of strength and conditioning with rehabilitation when working with active populations. His professional interests include working with strength athletes and performing artists, as well as prospective research with these groups, and giving back to the rehab community through teaching and mentorship. In his free time he binge watches Netflix, lifts things up and puts them down, and is generally a badass

Mike FitzPatrick

MS, CSCS, CISSN

Mike FitzPatrick, MS, CSCS, CISSN, is dual enrolled Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Master of Science in Athletic Training candidate at Shenandoah University. Mike currently has a Masters degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Exercise Physiology from Ithaca College. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Certified Sports Nutritionist from the International Society of Sports Nutrition, as well as a level 1 nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. Over the past decade, Mike has dedicated his life to maximizing human performance and optimizing potential utilizing a holistic approach. His professional interests include strength training, nutrition science, and motivation science as a means to personal growth and achievement. Slightly contradictory to his passion for nutrition science, Mike is an avid Homebrewer and enjoys really hoppy IPAs.
